This is a 1953 gibson that had been "electrified". The jack had been installed in the side. That ripped out at some point and a jack plate was glued and screwed over the hole. There were cracks in the side as well. My mission was to restore it back to the acoustic version.

This old Gibson had binding missing, braces falling off, and many loose glue joints. The goal here was to restore the instrument, but keep the vintage look.
